Returns & exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase where the goods are not used or damaged. This does not apply to back/current issues of the magazine.

It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only, shipping charges are not refundable.

Order Processing
Order processing for in-stock items typically takes 24 - 48 hours. If your item is backordered or requires special processing, you will be notified via email with details of product availability and additional time needed to process your order.

Delivery times do not include Order Processing time.

Shipping Information
Shipping rates are based on weight and location, and are set by Royal Mail or the appropriate courier.

PO Box Addresses
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses

Large Orders
For particularly large or heavy orders, in the UK or overseas, we may require identification before shipping

Special Orders
We try to accommodate the needs of all Norn Iron fans, and regularly order special items. All of our t-shirts are available in M, L and XL, though other sizes are available on request.
